**Responsibilities**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Finance Coordinator.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the finance department.
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports to management.
  • Managing Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.
  • Collaborating with the procurement team to ensure efficient purchase order processing.
  • Supporting the accounting team with reconciliations and other tasks as needed.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of finance and administration.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Tools is also essential.
