Sympacom LDA is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing meetings, phone calls, and appointments, while providing administrative support to our lawyer.
You will also be the first point of contact for clients, welcoming them and assisting them with any needs they may have.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and a results-driven approach.
In terms of technical skills, you should have strong proficiency in Portuguese and English, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office and invoicing software.
This is an entry-level position with a part-time schedule.
This role is part of the Marketing, Public Relations, and Writing/Editing functions within the Business Consulting and Services industry.
