Your Role: Dealership Account Support Specialist

We're seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Dealership Account Support Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for responding to dealership support cases and escalations via phone or email, covering all administration tasks, and maintaining Salesforce data to ensure efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to dealership support cases and escalations via phone or email.
  • Cover all administration tasks, including new user set-up, usability queries, and other admin-related activities.
  • Maintain Salesforce data to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Review form applications to make informed decisions on whether dealers meet the criteria to join the platform.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good telephone etiquette for dealer-facing conversations.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with technology and using Salesforce to support your workload.
  • Highly organized and motivated by working to deadlines and service level agreement targets.
  • Able to think on your feet and multi-task to achieve operational excellence.
