Dealer Relationship Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with dealerships across various locations. Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless support and efficient resolution of dealership-related cases and escalations.

Salary & BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including hybrid working, private healthcare, meal allowance, and enhanced holiday package.
Responsibilities- Respond to dealership support cases and escalations via phone or email
- Cover all administration tasks, including new user setup, usability queries, and other admin-related activities
- Meet targeted SLA's for all case types via Salesforce and maintain Salesforce data for efficient workflow
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Great telephone etiquette for dealer-facing conversations
- Comfortable with technology and using Salesforce to support your workload for maximum efficiency and transparency
- Highly organized and motivated by working to deadlines and service level agreement targets
