We are looking for a Senior Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Systems Accountants in Paris. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive customer success through portfolio adoption, growth, satisfaction, and long-term retention.

About the Company

We currently work with large international clients and are seeking a professional with 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a similar role. Your background could be in engineering or you hold a Master's degree in finance and/or information systems (BAC+5). You have a solid understanding of financial processes and excellent communication skills.

Job Description

As a Senior Account Growth Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive Customer Success through customer portfolio adoption, growth, satisfaction, and long-term retention;
  • Collaborate with Sales to unlock growth through cross-selling, identifying new opportunities or needs;
  • Build meaningful partnerships by fostering trust and strong relationships with customers;
  • Partner with internal teams to address concerns, minimize risks, and ensure a seamless, customer-focused experience;
  • Share best practices and insights while fostering engagement through diverse methods such as events, regular catch-ups;
  • Continuously develop your knowledge of the market and the platform;
Required Skills and Qualifications

We require a true entrepreneurial spirit, rigorousness, reliability, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in both English and French is required. Ideally, you should have a solid understanding of financial processes.
