International Technical Account Manager

We are seeking an International Technical Account Manager to support our existing customers in France and other English-speaking countries with their technical and accounting issues.
About the RoleThis role involves providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and ticket system. You will also be responsible for preparing offers for prospect customers, tailoring solutions to their individual needs, and demonstrating software solutions to showcase functionality that solves their IT challenges.
Responsibilities- Sustain high-quality customer relationships by delivering best-in-class support experiences
- Prepare customized offers for prospective clients based on their requirements
- Present software demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting key benefits and features
To be successful in this role, you should have a university degree in economics or a relevant field, with fluency in French and English. Proficiency in Windows is desirable, as well as some experience working in customer-facing roles. Strong communication skills, determination, and a willingness to learn are essential.
What We OfferAs part of TeamViewer Germany GmbH, you can expect a competitive salary range of 55,000 to 65,000 EUR per annum, depending on experience, as well as various benefits, including a company achievement bonus, stock-based options, regular salary reviews, public transport-friendly offices, and access to corporate benefits platforms. We also offer flexible work arrangements, including up to 50% remote work and a 'Work From Abroad' program allowing up to 40 days of work outside your contracting country.
