Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Manage multiple international accounts across Europe to drive growth and adherence to processes.">
  • Continuously report and analyze data to inform insights and deliver quick-impact actions to ensure process maintenance.">
  • Secure and onboard new accounts to deliver incremental growth and meet KPIs.">
  • Assist in developing best practices across the Account Management function.">
  • Report directly to management and support colleagues in implementing best practices.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • ">
  • Fluency in Portuguese, English, and other European languages (mandatory).">
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable interacting over phone, email, online, and in-person meetings.">
  • Strong planning and organization skills.">
  • A valid team player with domain computer skills (Office, proficiency in Excel) and data analysis experience (Tableau knowledge is a plus).">
