About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager for our Sleep and Respiratory Care team in North Portugal. As a key member of our East Iberia team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers (DMEs and hospital prescribers) in the region.
Your primary objectives include creating yearly sales plans, setting targets, and planning actions and marketing deliverables. You will also be responsible for presenting and explaining our local product portfolio, supporting national promotions, and reporting regularly on sales results and expectations.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in account management or sales in the healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with local market environments, reimbursement models, public tenders, and local challenges and regulations.
- Clinical knowledge; experience with ventilation, sleep, and respiratory devices is a plus.
- Negotiation, contracting, and problem-solving skills to develop the account.
- Experience working with large matrix teams both internally and externally.
- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary of approximately €60,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for growth and professional development within our organization.
Working Conditions: We value teamwork and collaboration. Our office-based teams work in-person at least 3 days a week, while field roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities or customer locations.
