About the Role

Euronext is seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This role will be based in one of our European locations.

Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

  • Client Onboarding: Guide clients through the admission and membership process, ensuring accurate capture of client requirements and effective execution of tasks.
  • Daily Account Maintenance: Manage and update registries and databases for service provision and client invoicing, while monitoring operational risks and compliance with regulations.
  • Relationship Management: Act as an interface between non-tier 1 clients and internal teams, ensuring client needs are met and issues addressed effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office tools, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management or finance.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, with fluency in English and French.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently, potentially including extended stays.
