Sales and Relationship Manager for Respiratory Care

At Philips Iberica Sau, we are committed to improving people's lives through meaningful innovation. We believe that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare, and we're looking for a talented Sales and Relationship Manager to join our Sleep and Respiratory Care team in North Portugal.

As a key member of our East Iberia team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers (DMEs and hospital prescribers) in the region. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the defined DME and end-to-end sales process, acting as a single point of contact for customers and managing CRM and KOL relationships.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Creating yearly sales plans, working closely with sales management to set targets and plan actions and MarCom deliverables;
  • Initializing customer-tailored sales actions and supporting national sales actions;
  • Presenting and explaining the local product portfolio, supporting national promotions;
  • Reporting regularly on sales results and expectations, market competition, and trends to inform about the situation.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your sales and operational management skills in a multinational setup while working in a hybrid model. You will be reporting to the Sales Leader S&RC Iberia and will work closely with other team members to achieve our goals.

To be successful in this position, you should have at least 2-3 years of experience in account management or sales in the healthcare industry. You should understand local market environments, reimbursement models, public tenders, and local challenges and regulations. Experience with ventilation, sleep, and respiratory devices would be considered a plus.

You should also possess negotiation, contracting, and problem-solving skills to develop the account. Additionally, you should have experience working with large matrix teams both internally and externally.

We offer a competitive salary of €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
