**Job Description**
This role involves responding to dealership support cases and escalations via phone or email, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining efficient workflow. You'll be responsible for reviewing form applications, making informed decisions on whether dealers meet the criteria to join our platform, and proficiently managing account users and dealership lifecycle.
To excel in this position, you'll need strong interpersonal skills, good telephone etiquette, and the ability to think on your feet. You should be comfortable with technology and proficient in using Salesforce to maximize efficiency and transparency. Excellent time management and planning skills are essential, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and provide feedback to improve systems and processes.
