Drive Business Growth as a Recruitment Intern

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Build operational recruitment across Acolad in a shared services concept.
  • Gather and monitor approved recruitment requests.
  • Manage the recruitment process, ensuring correct job ad definition, publishing job ads, sourcing, pre-selecting candidates, interviewing, and testing up to a qualified shortlist.
  • Contribute to the optimization of the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with all relevant procedures.
  • Actively search and hunt for profiles that are hard to find, using cost-effective sourcing strategies and the most appropriate recruitment channels.
  • Employer branding: student-marketing, develop partnerships with schools, and participate in relevant job fairs.

Essential Skills and Qualities

  • Excellent knowledge of English is mandatory.
  • Autonomy and good team spirit.
  • Proactive and service-oriented attitude.
  • Very strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and workload.
  • At ease working remotely (by phone, web meetings, etc.).
  • Hybrid work (2 days at the office in the Great Lisbon area).
