The Role: As a Customer Relations Specialist at Flex Living, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional support and fostering long-lasting relationships. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing personalized support via email, phone, and chat, ensuring that our customers receive accurate and complete information about our services, policies, and properties.
- Building strong relationships with customers by offering a seamless and enjoyable experience, proactively following up to ensure satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
- Acting as a brand ambassador, representing Flex Living's values and commitment to quality in all interactions.
- Resolving customer issues related to bookings, payments, or property concerns, coordinating with internal teams as necessary.
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve service quality, providing suggestions and insights to enhance the customer experience.
Key Skills and Qualifications: We are seeking an experienced customer service professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, proficiency in CRM software, and a positive attitude are essential.
