About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-class employee relations services, delivering exceptional staff experiences, and assisting with HR strategy and succession planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support General Managers with HR strategy and knowledge of Portuguese Labour Law.
- Manage succession planning with senior managers during bi-annual appraisals.
- Resolve employee relations issues confidentially, including disciplinaries, grievances, and capability.
- Ensure recruitment and selection processes adhere to company guidelines and conduct immigration checks.
- Support hotel training requirements and complete management reports for head office and region.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Previous HR managerial experience.
- Knowledge of Portuguese Labour Law.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- A commitment to delivering high-level customer service both internally and externally.
- Flexibility to respond to diverse work situations and ability to work under pressure.
What We Offer
Hilton Worldwide, Inc. offers a competitive salary range €55,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
