Salary: The estimated salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Human Resources Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Talent & Culture Department, collaborating with senior leadership on implementing the human resources strategy. You will foster positive employee relations by cultivating an environment of open communication, trust, mutual respect, and enjoyment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Talent & Culture Department
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on implementing the human resources strategy
  • Foster positive employee relations
  • Play an integral role in the Executive Committee
  • Provide strategic Human Resources support to the Executive Committee
  • Implement policies and procedures aligned with the company's mission and values
  • Empower and assist departmental leaders and senior managers in developing specific action plans
  • Oversee the administration of human resource programs
  • Manage all recruitment in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices. You should have a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Additionally, you should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
