Accor Hotels Seeks Experienced Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Human Resources Operations to lead our Talent & Culture Department. As a key member of the Executive Committee, you will drive results for both employees and the brand, fostering an environment of open communication, trust, and mutual respect.

About the Role:

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the Talent & Culture Department, collaborating with senior leadership on implementing the human resources strategy.
  • Foster positive employee relations by cultivating an environment of open communication, trust, mutual respect, and enjoyment.
  • Play an integral role in the Executive Committee, focusing on coaching, support, employee relations, and overseeing all aspects of administration and reporting.
  • Provide strategic Human Resources support to the Executive Committee and implement policies and procedures aligned with the company's mission and values.
  • Empower departmental leaders and senior managers in developing specific action plans to address issues and concerns identified in employee feedback.
  • Oversee the administration of human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, leaves, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, occupational health and safety, and training and development.
  • Collaborate on developing the annual Talent & Culture budget and manage day-to-day expenses, month-end reporting, and Talent & Culture accounts forecasting.
  • Oversee and manage all recruitment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as recommended best practices; review and modify policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Handle employee discipline and terminations in accordance with company policy.
  • Champion committees such as Employee Recognition and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources operations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving results and improving employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others.
