To support our growing team, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic environment and oversee all aspects of human resources.

Role Overview:

As the Human Resources Manager at Grupo Data Portugal, you will play a pivotal role in managing and improving our HR operations. Your responsibilities will include training and development, performance evaluation, onboarding, employee support, and managing vacation, absences, and leaves. You will ensure that HR policies align with business goals and create a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
  2. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
  3. Coordinate training programs and professional development opportunities.
  4. Oversee the performance evaluation process and provide feedback to managers and staff.
  5. Monitor and manage employee attendance, vacation, absences, and leave requests.
  6. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  7. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promoting employee engagement.
  8. Serve as a point of contact for employee relations and HR-related queries.
  9. Continuously review and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a consulting or technology-driven environment.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
