The Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Operations Leader who can lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Talent & Culture Department, collaborating with senior leadership on implementing the human resources strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Talent & Culture Department.
  • Foster positive employee relations by cultivating an environment of open communication, trust, mutual respect, and enjoyment.
  • Play an integral role in the Executive Committee, with a focus on coaching, support, employee relations, and overseeing all aspects of administration and reporting.
  • Provide strategic Human Resources support to the Executive Committee and implement policies and procedures aligned with the company's mission and values.
  • Empower and assist departmental leaders and senior managers in developing specific action plans to address issues and concerns identified in employee feedback.
  • Oversee the administration of human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, leaves, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, occupational health and safety, and training and development.
  • Collaborate on developing the annual Talent & Culture budget and manage day-to-day expenses, month-end reporting, and Talent & Culture accounts forecasting.
  • Oversee and manage all recruitment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and ensure the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as recommended best practices; review and modify policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Handle employee discipline and terminations in accordance with company policy.
  • Champion committees such as Employee Recognition and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
