About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers via email, Slack, and Zoom meetings. Your primary focus will be on investigating and resolving technical issues related to ad decisioning, pacing, targeting, and reporting, as well as product information, configuration settings, and user management.

You will work closely with our Engineering team to manage escalation of investigations, incidents, and bugs. Additionally, you will contribute to writing, editing, and proofreading materials for our products, including documentation, manuals, and instructional materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for all Kevel products and customers via various communication channels
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues related to ad decisioning, pacing, targeting, and reporting, as well as product information, configuration settings, and user management
  • Work with the Engineering team to manage escalation of investigations, incidents, and bugs
  • Contribute to writing, editing, and proofreading materials for our products

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical support environment
  • Strong experience working with AWS/S3/Athena, Datadog, Github, Hubspot, Postman, Readme, and Retool or similar software
  • Software development experience is a plus, but not required
  • Significant experience working with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis
  • Knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ability to query, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues using SQL
  • Experience working alongside or with enterprise-level companies
