Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our applications, ensuring their smooth operation and resolving any issues that may arise.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve production incidents effectively.
- Coordinate changes and technical operations, including electrical shutdowns and server mode management.
- Participate in change management, collaborating with development, sysadmin, DBA, and networking teams.
- Keep documentation up to date, documenting application components and operations.
- Manage backup data and ensure regular restoring tests.
- Monitor applications and infrastructure, meeting established SLAs for all business lines.
- Control load capacity for the applications.
- Contribute to continuous automation and improvement of existing procedures.
- Work closely with development teams to define new application architecture, aligning with infrastructure requirements.
Main Technical Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- Good knowledge of both Linux and Windows environments.
- Experience with BMC/Control-M or other industrial schedulers.
- Good knowledge of scripting languages (Shell, Python, and/or PowerShell).
- Experience with JBoss, TomCat, Apache, or IIS.
- Experience with databases (Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, and/or MySQL).
- Experience with infrastructure backups.
- Experience with monitoring tools (ideally Zabbix or Grafana).
- Knowledge of LDAP, Firewall, Reverse proxy, Active Directory, and Kerberos.
- Good networking knowledge.
