As a Technical Support Specialist at DSR Corporation, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our product deployments. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and effective support to customers during the migration process;
- Collaborating with the development team to resolve issues and improve the product;
- Documenting support problems and resolutions to maintain a knowledge base;
- Deploying and launching the product on customer sites and installing necessary libraries for maintenance and support;
- Regularly monitoring the status of the product on customer sites;
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 2+ years of professional experience in a relevant field;
- Spoken English - intermediate level or higher;
- Comfortable with Linux CLI commands and basic SQL knowledge;
- Strong documentation skills and ability to write clear, concise reports;
