We are seeking a highly skilled Warranty Process Trainer to join our team at Randstad II - Prestação de Serviços, Limitada.

This exciting opportunity allows you to collaborate with a leading German automotive company, contributing to the development of their Global Business Services (GBS) unit. As part of this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of mobility by identifying vulnerabilities, risks, and potentials of the warranty process handling within the worldwide Service organization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the automotive industry, particularly in warranty auditing, training, and content design. You will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging training programs for internal and external auditors, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the company's requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for warranty auditors, focusing on theory and practice.
  • Create high-quality training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
  • Deliver training sessions, promoting interactive learning and participant engagement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training needs are met and aligned with business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical questions and support requests, offering expert guidance and assistance.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in warranty auditing, training, or related fields within the automotive industry.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics effectively.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken, and cultural adaptability for international contexts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 standard software, particularly expertise in Excel, and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Strong work ethic, with a focus on teamwork and cooperation, and a willingness to travel occasionally.
