Our client, a global leader in digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, is seeking an Online Safety and Trust Analyst with Danish or Turkish and English to join their team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing platform activities to detect fraudulent behavior, policy violations, and emerging threats. They will also investigate and respond to trust and safety incidents, develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to enhance platform security, and collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and legal teams to refine safety policies and enforcement mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring and analyzing platform activities to detect fraudulent behavior, policy violations, and emerging threats.Investigating and responding to trust and safety incidents.Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies to enhance platform security.Collaborating with data analysts, engineers, and legal teams to refine safety policies and enforcement mechanisms.Assisting in content moderation and enforcement of community guidelines.Staying up to date with industry trends and evolving online threats to improve safety protocols.Generating reports and insights to support decision-making and risk assessment.Requirements:
Fluency in Danish or Turkish, with strong proficiency in English.Bachelor's degree in a related field (data analysis or similar) or relevant work experience.Experience in trust and safety, fraud prevention, content moderation, or similar areas – a plus.Strong analytical skills to identify and understand suspicious activity.Familiar with online platforms, excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while managing high volumes of information.What You'll Get:
