Role Overview

The Customer Success Manager will play a critical role in driving customer growth and retention at Phiture. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to join our team and contribute to the company's mission of creating a world where businesses can respond to critical events in real-time.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, escalations, and strategic discussions.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer adoption and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive account expansion, renewals, and long-term customer success.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, or a related role in a SaaS or technology company.
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships and/or identifying opportunities within a book of business.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
