**Job Overview**

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Executive to manage some of its most strategic commercial accounts in the EGM (EMEA Growth Markets) region.

This role is defined as a core position within Salesforce, working closely with other internal Cloud and Partner AEs to lead and take responsibility for overall account management.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in quota-carrying software or technology sales and account management, with a strong emphasis on new business sales while expanding existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assigned to medium to large, complex, highly visible strategic accounts across consumer products, retail, and public sector.
  • Lead the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics.
  • Engage with prospect organizations to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling.
  • Successfully interact at the C-level and navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Drive significant coordination amongst groups to drive account strategy.

Required Experience:

  • Quota-carrying software or technology sales and account management experience selling to commercial or enterprise organizations across Portuguese-speaking countries in Africa.
  • Demonstrable track record of success, achieving/exceeding quota in recent sales positions.
  • Minimum 5 years of selling into commercial or enterprise accounts.
  • Preferring recent and successful experience in the software industry, particularly cloud experience.
