About this Role:

We're looking for a highly experienced Account Executive to join our team and drive growth in our Emerging Markets business unit. As a Strategic Commercial Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of medium to large, complex accounts across Consumer products, Retail, and Public Sector.

Your primary goal will be to lead the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales while expanding existing accounts. You will engage with prospect organizations to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience selling software solutions to commercial and enterprise organizations in Portuguese-speaking countries in Africa. You should also have a proven track record of success, achieving or exceeding quota in recent sales positions, with a minimum of 5 years selling into commercial or enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics.
  • Engage with prospect organizations to position Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Executives, to drive account strategy.
