We are a diverse, integrated specialty pharmaceutical and biological company focused on investing, developing, manufacturing and supplying innovative products that provide benefits to patients and prescribers worldwide.
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum
Job OverviewAs a Key Account Manager at Novumgen Limited, you will be responsible for consistently achieving sales targets and defined commercial objectives set through a strategic planning process. This role involves implementing and managing commercial programmes and agreements to maximize sales benefits within key accounts.
You will work within allocated budgets and the company's processes, understanding and appropriate use of pricing and discount structures. Your comprehensive understanding of the market will enable you to identify commercial threats and opportunities through market changes.
Effective communication is crucial in this role, as you will need to communicate implications and impact of commercial programmes to stakeholders including sales personnel, supply chain, marketing, and finance. Collaboration with stakeholders when making changes to programmes is also essential.
- Implementing and managing commercial programmes and agreements to maximize sales benefits within key accounts.
- Working within allocated budgets and the company's processes.
- Understanding and appropriate use of pricing and discount structures.
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of the market and identifying commercial threats and opportunities through market changes.
- Communicating implications and impact of commercial programmes to the company's stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent listening and negotiating skills. Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail are also essential. You must be able to work both independently and within a team environment.
Able to learn and adapt to changes and new strategies, you will build positive working relationships at all levels. Experience selling to mainline wholesalers, short line wholesalers, and large pharmacy groups is highly desirable.
