Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and retention across a portfolio of strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Onboarding: Serve as the post-sale face of Pipedrive for strategic accounts to onboard customers by assessing their business needs to create a custom success plan to ensure adoption and value realization.
  2. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in assigned portfolios to actualize long-term retention and drive usage and adoption.
  3. Upsell Opportunities: Engage in continuous discovery with assigned accounts to uncover upsell opportunities to drive expansion revenue within their portfolio.
  4. Solution Delivery: Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record of driving growth and retention in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is €60,000 - €80,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
