We're seeking a Strategic Account Manager - Energy Sector to join our team as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at TN Portugal. As a TAM, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients in the Energy sector, understanding their business needs and drivers, and providing expert technical support to ensure seamless adoption of AWS cloud services.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in operational parameters and troubleshooting for at least three of the following areas: compute, storage, networking, CDN, databases, DevOps, big data and analytics, security, and applications development in a distributed systems environment.

You'll work closely with our customers across all levels, from developers through to C-Suite executives, to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions. Your expertise in technical engineering and problem-solving skills will enable you to advocate for customer needs and drive new feature development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop trusting relationships with customers and understand their business needs and drivers.
  2. Provide expert technical support to ensure seamless adoption of AWS cloud services.
  3. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that meet our customers' needs.
