Job Description

As a Strategic Account Manager at Ivy Partners, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and delivering high-quality services

Talent Acquisition & People Management

You will recruit, mentor, and support the career development of your team members. This includes ensuring continuous follow-up on career management, training plans, mission tracking, and performance reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
  • Strong knowledge of the IT ecosystem within the Industry and Services sectors
  • Proven ability to identify and seize business opportunities
  • Recognized leadership skills and ability to engage and inspire teams
  • First experience in a strategic and/or digital transformation consultancy environment, with experience in IT
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
