Commercial Account Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage some of our most Strategic Commercial Accounts in EGM (EMEA Growth Markets). This is a high-visibility role that requires a strong understanding of the commercial landscape in Africa, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage a portfolio of medium to large, complex, highly visible, Strategic Accounts across Consumer products, Retail and Public Sector.
- Lead the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts.
- Develop and execute account strategies, engaging with prospect organisations to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quota-carrying Software or Technology sales and Account Management, preferably with recent and successful experience in the software industry (Cloud experience would be a plus).
- Demonstrated track record of success, achieving/exceeding quota in recent sales positions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
