Salary and Benefits


The salary for this role is approximately €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on your experience. In addition to the base salary, you will receive a meal allowance and productivity bonus. The company also offers health insurance as part of its benefits package.



Job Description


This German customer service role involves providing first-line support for incidents, managing routine and non-routine problems, and escalating issues when necessary. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while meeting or exceeding service level agreements.
