Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our team at Forvia. As a key member of our Talent Hub, you will play a crucial role in identifying and recruiting top talent to drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen prospective talent on social networks and through other channels to identify top candidates for our open positions.
  • Support the development of sourcing strategies to ensure we are attracting the best talent for our business.
  • Manage pre-selection processes to provide the best candidates to our recruiters for further interviews.
  • Assist recruiters with selection interviews and organize candidate pools to maintain a robust and active pipeline.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Previous experience in HR or recruitment is a plus, but not required.
