About the Role:
We're looking for someone who can assist customers with inquiries related to our medical device, provide information to companies and clinics interested in partnerships, and contribute to the growth of our technical support team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support via phone, email, or chat
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales and marketing teams
- Analyze customer needs and identify solutions to improve their experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
Requirements:
- English Proficiency: C1/C2 level (mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in technical support/troubleshooting for a device (mandatory)
- Education: Secondary education level
Benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary: €25,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Meal Allowance: Included in the compensation package
