Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch-English Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to customers in both Dutch and English.

About the Role:

  • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to renewable energy systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Meet performance metrics and maintain high-quality customer service standards

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in technical support or related field
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
  • Aptitude for analyzing complex data sets and diagnosing technical issues
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks effectively
