At Apply2Day, we're seeking a skilled Dutch Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and provide timely, effective solutions to customer inquiries
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using available methods and tools
  • Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts

Requirements:

  • Native or near-native Dutch language proficiency (C1-C2)
  • Excellent English language skills (B2)
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
