Customer Support Specialist for Printer Company

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Sitel Corp. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills
Requirements:
  • Native or proficient level of Dutch (C2)
  • Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High-speed internet access and appropriate conditions for remote work
