Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Sitel Corp. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone and email
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Meet and exceed service quality goals and productivity targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements

  • Native or proficient level of Dutch (C2)
  • Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
