Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to clients who own premium memberships of a popular streaming platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including telephone, email, and chat.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and timely support.
- Handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions within the allocated time frame.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other specialists to resolve complex issues or properly close help tickets.
- Native fluency in German (both spoken and written), and excellent English skills (B2 level or higher).
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in social media communities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical language.
- Resourceful and stress-resistant personality, with a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently, while being a team player.
- An attractive salary package based on experience, skills, and performance (estimated €35,000 - €45,000 per annum).
