Sales Expert for B2B Outbound Sales

This role is a sales position that requires prior sales experience and expertise in cold calling. As a B2B Outbound Sales Agent, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell products and solutions to businesses of various sizes and industries. Key tasks include contacting new and existing customers via telephone and email, identifying sales opportunities, managing a portfolio of small business clients, and growing revenue for their business. You will also research and discover fundamental understanding of verticals/markets, industry, and client business models, identify sales opportunities, and provide clients tailored solutions to meet their goals. Additionally, you will proactively and reactively engage with clients to frequently assess product performance and provide insights and optimize. Requirements include a strong negotiation skillset, ability to sell, present effectively, overcome objections, and close the deal. You should also be able to prepare for, deliver effective client meetings, and craft an impactful sales rationale using data and research. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent problem-solving abilities, and autonomy, organization, punctuality, and adaptability are also essential. A native level of Dutch and an English Level C1/C2 are required, as well as eligibility to work in Portugal. Benefits include a permanent contract with a 3-month trial period, base salary gross of €2000 per 12 months, performance bonus gross of €600 per 12 months, health insurance, and relocation package.
