Key Responsibilities

As a Direct Sales and Partnerships Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving revenue growth through direct sales channels.
  • Building strategic partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.
  • Developing and executing B2C sales strategies.
  • Building and managing partnerships.
  • Upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Creating tailor-made packages.
  • Optimizing sales performance through CRM tools and data analysis.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, hospitality, or travel industry (hotel sales or travel agency background preferred).
  • Strong networking and partnership development skills in the travel and hospitality sector.
  • Proven ability to drive direct bookings and increase guest spend.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (additional languages are a plus).
  • Knowledge of hotel revenue management & direct sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, digital booking platforms, and sales reporting systems.
  • Passion for hospitality, travel, and curating unforgettable guest experiences.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating with teams.
