Our client, a renowned manufacturer of sustainable flooring products, is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee their sales activities in Western and Northern Europe. With a strong international presence, the company values innovation, reliability, and flexibility.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, with a focus on Vanities and Peg boards in the Furniture Industry. A deep understanding of Composite Products, Wood-related materials (Plywood, OSB, Gyproc, Chipboard, MDF) is essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.

This role offers a competitive remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance. As a member of our dynamic team, you will be part of a positive and friendly atmosphere, with opportunities for growth and development. You will receive guidance and tools to reach your full potential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding and retaining enterprise accounts, identifying and qualifying business opportunities, and closing sales in a professional and effective manner. Strong problem-solving abilities, logical analytics, and the ability to multi-task are essential for this role.

A key aspect of this position is building relationships with clients, facilitating executive-level interactions, and maintaining continuity. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing strategies for sustained management and success of business and coordinating resources to ensure goals are met.
