At Pandora A/S, we're looking for a highly skilled Retail HR Development Specialist to enhance the capabilities of our Store Managers in Portugal. This role involves supporting the recruitment process and developing action plans for continuous improvement in people management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Support: Spend significant time in stores observing current challenges and working closely with Store Managers to apply training in real-world scenarios.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with HR and Retail teams to ensure alignment on training needs and objectives.
- Training and Development: Identify specific training needs in people management for Store Managers and implement necessary training actions.
- Coaching: Provide individualized coaching to Store Managers, helping them optimize team performance and foster a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in training, coaching, or developing retail management teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Portuguese. English and/or Spanish are highly valued.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including initial project duration of 6 months with possibility of extension. The estimated salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
