Human Resources Operations Specialist for a Safer Workplace

At Motorola Solutions, we're committed to creating a safer world through innovative technology. As a Human Resources Operations Specialist, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve this goal.

We're seeking an experienced professional with at least 2 years of HR Operations or Generalist experience to join our team in Portugal. The successful candidate will have a university degree and be fluent in English, Spanish, or Portuguese.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a customer service approach, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Advanced Excel skills are also essential for this role.

As a Human Resources Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for resolving employee inquiries throughout the employee life cycle, from onboarding to exit administration. You'll also provide assistance with HR functions, including systems, administration, employment verification, policies, payroll, rewards, performance management, talent, and mobility.

You'll work closely with the EMEA HR team to address all-rounded HR queries and contribute to HR-related projects. Data tracking and analysis using our ticketing system will also be part of your responsibilities.
