About the Role
CAPGEMINI ENGINEERING is seeking a skilled Order Desk Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our end customers in the repair/replacement process management of non-functional parts.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Provide customer support in repair/replacement process management of non-functional parts
• Act as the end customers point of contact to support and manage the RMA process
• Provide information, and assistance to end customers regarding standard services and service catalog offerings
• Ensure that the RMA lifecycle occurs according to the defined process and ensure that deadlines for repair/replacement of parts are met

Your Profile
• At least B2 level at English language
• Sense of responsibility, pro-activity and dynamism
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel
• Good communication Skills
• Availability for Hybrid work
• Availability for oncall
