Dynamic Media Sales and Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freelance Sales and Marketing Manager to promote and market our range of media products to companies in various industries. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, nurturing relationships, and ultimately driving revenue growth for our media offerings.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Prospecting: Identify potential clients and generate leads for our media products through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in companies.
- Product Promotion: Effectively promote and market media products, including digital advertising, content services, and media solutions to businesses.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations (via phone, video calls, or in-person) to showcase the benefits of our media products and how they can meet clients' needs.
- Negotiation & Closing: Manage negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and meeting sales targets.
- Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to position our products effectively.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales progress, pipeline development, and market feedback.
- First language Portuguese and fluent in English, other languages beneficial.
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in the media, advertising, or digital marketing industry, preferred.
- Strong ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working without direct supervision.
- A good understanding of the media landscape and emerging trends in digital advertising, content creation, and distribution.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels.
- Commission-based compensation structure with uncapped earning potential.
- Performance bonuses are based on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Flexible working hours and the ability to work remotely.
