Operations Process Improvement Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Process Improvement Manager to join our Global Business Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements and ensuring operational excellence across our European plants and Final Assembly Lines (FALs).
Main Responsibilities
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement
• Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes
Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience in operations or process improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with IT service management and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in ServiceNow and Google Workspace
