Are you a skilled problem-solver with a passion for technology and customer support? We're seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Microsoft in Lisbon, where you'll work with enterprise customers to resolve complex technical issues using the latest Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional technical support to Microsoft enterprise customers, resolving issues related to Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and collaborate with engineers, product groups, and management to find the best solutions.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering efficient support in Czech and English.
  • Ensure all requests adhere to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and document your technical work for future reference.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical expertise in Office 365, Exchange Online, and networking protocols (Kerberos, DNS, NTLM, etc.).
  • Experience working with Azure Active Directory Connect, Active Directory, and PowerShell.
  • Excellent communication skills in Czech and English (both written and spoken).
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
