Lisbon Personal Assistant and Lifestyle Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Part-Time Personal Assistant / Runner in Lisbon to support a dynamic executive lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage personal tasks, such as finding apartments, coordinating with car dealers, and sourcing personal chefs or other service providers.
• Arrange and manage travel plans, including accommodation, transport, and itineraries.
• Coordinate personal appointments and manage daily schedules.
• Assist with day-to-day house maintenance and repairs.
• Find and coordinate contractors for various home projects.
• Receive deliveries and ensure proper storage.
• Assemble furniture and perform basic home setup tasks.
• Organize personal events, manage logistics, and ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate with home management services, including cleaners, maintenance staff, or interior designers.
• Conduct research for personal projects and present detailed reports.
• Run errands and purchase items as needed.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Lifestyle Manager, or in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
• Living in Lisbon.
• Must have a car and a valid driver's license.
• A motorbike license is a plus.
• Flexibility to handle tasks on short notice and to travel occasionally if required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Docs, Gmail, Zoom, Instagram, and Booking.com.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to evolving needs.
