Job Description

The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development and Partnerships Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion into new markets.
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with key stakeholders, including sports teams, leagues, and other industry partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive business plans and strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring effective communication and alignment on business objectives.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of the sports industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
